Your responsibilities

  • Define and guide the Poland brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.

  • Define the strategic directions and the 3-year brand plan.

  • Guarantee the brand equity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.

  • Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs.

  • Start e-commerce business development firstly through e-retail e-com platforms and secondly by matching other solutions e.g D2C to the brand strategy

  • Construct and lead the budget (sales forecast (trend), price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.).

  • Guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue).

  • Lead the brand mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital)

  • Build, develop and manage the team.

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years years experience in product management ideally in FMCG industry or commerce.

  • Knowledge of professional hair market.

  • Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers.

  • Knowledge of retail dynamics and e-commerce environment.

  • Expertise of consumers insights, research and market data analysis.

  • Extraordinary influencing and negotiation abilities, both on strategic and operational levels with internal and external partners.

  • Project management skills.

  • Strong communication, analytical and networking skills.

  • Sense of beauty and creativity, innovation.

  • Teamwork oriented, hands on attitude.
