Your responsibilities

  • Handles day-to-day marketing operations in smooth & efficient way

  • Comes up with insights & learnings, provides fact-based recommendations

  • Develops/adapts relevant marketing materials (e.g. presentations, reports etc.)

  • Proactively monitors trends & competitive enviroment

  • Executes & measures effectiveness of various promotional activities

  • Helps executing, tracking and evaluating brand ATL/BTL campaigns

  • Support the development of marketing plans & strategies

  • Works with external partners (e.g. PR agencies, media houses, creative shops, research institutes etc.)

  • Controls the budgets assigned (incl. administrative work on incoming invioces using dedicated in-house financial e-platform) and cooperates on all financial matters with Finance Department

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or in a related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing department of FMCG company (preferably from „food & drink” sector; candidates currently acting as Junior Brand Managers also to be considered, provided they meet the desired profile & requirements set) or marketing services agency (experience on „food & drink” account(s) is mandatory, then)

  • Proven track of record in developing & executing various marketing activations, promotions and campaigns

  • Intelectually sharp, quick learner

  • Analytical thinker with extreme dedication to detail

  • Finisher with strong sense of responsibility & ability to work against tight deadlines

  • Multitasker, yet with focus on bigger picture

  • Wide degree of creativity and proactivity

  • Computer literacy (MS Office enviroment, focus on Powerpoint and Excel)

  • Good command of English in speaking & writing

Currently, we’re looking for talented, intelectually sharp, energetic and motivated individual to take the role of Brand Manager for our MOWI brand in Poland. Our future Brand Manager will operate within the structures of MOWI’s CEE Marketing Department based in Gdańsk and will handle many aspects of our day-to-day marketing operations incl. promotional activities, research, reporting, marketing communications, omnichannel consumer dialogue, ATL and BTL campaigns. This position also supports the development of marketing plans & reports as well as collaboration with marketing services agencies.
