Are you a strong marketing talent with interesting experience and have a proven track record? Is it your passion to work with the market leader in the world’s largest beauty company for the most colorful & inclusive make-up brands on the market (Maybelline, L’Oreal Paris)? And are you ready to take on (Senior) Brand Manager role for Consumer Products Division as the first of several steps in your L’Oréal career? Then you must be the marketing star that we are looking for – (Senior) Brand Manager who will take care of our most complex, yet so satisfying category!


We expect that you succeed to/in:

Define and steer the country strategy for make-up brand category consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and relationship with customers and consumers:

  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
  • Define the strategic orientations and the 3-year marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
  • Manage the collection and analysis of customer, consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging brand experiences; meet the deadlines
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, education, trade marketing etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
  • Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, TV, point of sale)
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors
  • Ensure excellent execution of brand activation plan
  • Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management
  • Prepare & execute promotional plan
  • Cooperate with influencers with the emphasis on pro-influencers (make-up, lifestyle, fashion)
  • Work closely with digital, sales, trade marketing, communication & other teams to prepare & execute efficient conquest strategy 

You’re the perfect match if:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Professional within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work. You have passion towards new tools and are always eager to put them in use. Furthermore, you:

  • Have great knowledge of beauty industry landscape and make-up trends
  • Have proven track of records in running marketing campaigns / projects independently and influencing brand’s performance
  • Have  practical experience of MS Office use
  • Have  knowledge of market, consumer and brands
  • Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
  • Are Fluent in English
  • Are pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network and building long term relations with customers
  • Have creativity- the ability to “think out of the box” and imagine creative solutions
  • Are social media savvy
  • Have passion towards make-up
