Your responsibilities
Be responsible for the brand strategy of the product group including positioning of the brand and recommendation for growth
Analyse KPIs and evaluate the competitive environment to establish a yearly business plan in close co-operation with our Innovation Team
Create launch concepts in collaboration with our Sales Team and are the communicator of the product group
Be responsible for the digital workflow data management and keeping an overview over all activities, like website, fairs, campaigns, visuals, give-aways
Establish brand management and increase the brand awareness via content management
Be a member of a cross-functional and multi-national team and drive strategic initiatives within the company and in cooperation with customers
Our requirements
3-5 years experience in brand management or trade marketing, know-how of Coated Recycled Paperboard and Liner industry beneficial
University degree in economics or similar with focus on marketing/brand management, experience abroad is an advantage
Fluency in English, additional European language will be a plus
You have project management skills and a high learning agility
You drive for results, like to build up networks and are thinking outside of the box
You keep things simple, act fast and professional and are passionate about new ideas
Desire to learn new industry, company, product and technical knowledge
