Your responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of the 5 attributes of the new GSK Consumer Healthcare culture -- Consumer & Customer Obsessed, Agile, Growth Mindset, Execution Powerhouse, Data & Analytics

  • Champion portfolio of brands/categories to drive cross-functional engagement internally and customer enthusiasm externally in order to deliver

  • Responsible and accountable for executing the strategies and plans for a local priority brand in the LOC in order to deliver brand growth

  • Ensure all global/regional tool execution is done in a manner that best improves the brand KPIs, traffic

  • Provide business case input to the Area Marketing Team for commercial and product innovation and enable LOC approval on DRM

  • Active participation in CCC with focus on Consumption / performance updates / business reviews: Forecast reviews: prep & participation, DRM reviews: prep & participation, A&P reviews, Price reviews

  • Own and lead local Artwork approval process for group of brands/category

  • Share in-depth knowledge of the portfolio of products and the consumer/expert/shopper journeys and local consumer/shopper/expert insights to equip the Expert Field Force and Sales Force with the knowledge they need to win in market

  • Support translation to the regional/global consumer/shopper/expert materials and enable local CCAT approval

  • Own activation amplification in the LOC through PR and Influencers, aligning with the Area Marketing Team

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in Marketing/Brand Management

  • Cross functional experiences partnering with Sales and Commercial Excellence functions to customize winning tactics to win in market

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish

  • International experience (pharma/FMCG industry)

  • University degree (marketing, economics, management)

  • Very good communication skills (both direct face-to-face and cooperating at distance)

  • Goal orientation and problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Analytical and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Builds partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

  • Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation

  • Good ability to influence others, build strong relationships and capacity to work in a matrix

  • Experience in cooperation with senior management

Job Description Summary

The role of the individual is to activate & execute the strategy for OTC brand. Ensuring the growth of the brands through effective resource allocation and the management of an A&P budget. A key part of the role will be close cooperation with Head of Marketing and Area Marketing Team in order to ensure flawless execution of the strategy & plans with the ultimate goal of driving penetration and growing market share.
