Your responsibilities

  • Propose and develop annual strategy plan for the assigned brands with Category Manager and other key stakeholders, in order to drive sales and profit growth

  • Lead the execution & implementation of specific projects in the context of category strategy & approved annual strategy plan

  • Management of innovation pipeline - delivering a product development program to generate consistent sales and profit growth

  • Cooperation with Central Team and Factory

  • Drive business ahead of competition . Manage and execute value added offers, working with cross functional internal & external teams to identify opportunities, manage brand performance, present plans & gain internal alignment with key stakeholders

  • Develop and support execution excellence in Trade in conjunction with Sales, identifying brands’ opportunities

  • Cooperate with Consumer Insights Manager to create new opportunities across category

  • Budget Management

  • Trainee management

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years brand management experience (preferably in FMCG environment) with a reasonable amount of exposure to the core Marketing competencies: TVC & digital assets development, consumer insight, budget & planning, business & financial management, new product development, digital media & an understanding of the trade and key commercial principles

  • Educated to minimum master degree level in a business related subject - from a recognized University

  • Results Focused – driven to get the best result and win, challenges themselves and others

  • Must have strong analytical skills i.e. use research, factual information when solving problems and come up with well thought through solutions

  • Entrepreneurial, takes ownership

  • International outlook

  • Resilient and able to respond and deliver under pressure

  • Ability to influence

  • Computer literacy (SAP, Nielsen, Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook etc.)

  • Fluent English is a must
