Your responsibilities

Support Category Manager in developing the overall Marketing strategy & brand plans:

* recommendation and implementation of suitable marketing mix strategies in cooperation with internal and external partners

* approval gaining for above mentioned from respective management (local, cluster, global)

Support Category Manager in managing ATL communication:

* new commercials preparations (new copies production or local adaptations) in cooperation with creative agencies following ADP process

* media campaign preparations with close cooperation with media agency: media briefing, media planning and execution

* conduct regular efficiency analysis and derive areas of improvements

* develop digital activation plans and assets for campaigning

Managing BTL communication:

* BTL campaigns preparation and implementation in close cooperation with Procurement, Sales and Trade Dept., Regulatory Dept., Medical Dept.

* Promo packs and packaging development in cooperation with design agencies in line with global guidelines

* Management of sampling activity

Managing HCP communication:

* communication & key marketing mix strategies development to gain HCP recommendation in cooperation with Sales and Medical Dept.

* cooperation with KOL's programs

Managing Marketing Research projects:

* consumer, advertising, and market research management (planning and execution in cooperation with Business Development incl. post analysis, final recommendation, and next steps)

* continuous data analysis: market, brands and competition monitoring based on regular monthly and weekly reporting, desk research etc.

Brand ownership and presentation to internal and external customers:

* preparation of business documentation (recommendations, presentations, reports, summaries etc.)

Participation in Category and regional strategy development:

* NPDs initiatives generation

* Running assigned NPDs projects in cooperation with HQ/Cluster CEEC/BD/External Partners

* Community project participation

Our requirements

  • Education: University degree

  • English fluent

  • IT knowledge advanced in following areas: Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes

  • Job experience: min. 3 years of proven success years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (OTC brands)

  • Accountable for actions and results

  • Comply with laws and regulations

  • Be open-minded, focus on activities that create value

  • Communication skills

  • Analytical mind
