    The opportunity
     
    In this particular role, we are looking for a new member on early stages of career to support the Brand, Marketing and Communication team in terms of analytics management and strategies measurement implementation. You will work on lots of various data to produce meaningful KPI dashboards and suggest actionable insights. You will be using not only your web analytics skills, but also your knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of marketing programs strategy.
     
    Your key responsibilities
     
    In this role you will work with a portfolio of global stakeholders to assist in:
    • Hands-on experience in using different analytics tools and extracting data for different business users
    • Producing meaningful KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight
    • Supporting the implementation of measurement strategies that align with BMC and business objectives
    • The ideal candidate will not necessarily come from a pure digital marketing background but should have knowledge & interest in marketing analytics and reporting
    Skills and attributes for success
    • Higher education in a relevant fields (preferably marketing) and fluent English
    • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting, marketing
    • Experience in creating reports analysing both online and offline marketing campaigns
    • Understanding of web analytics software to monitor performance of websites
    • Interest to work as an analytics advisor with either a technical or functional profile
    • Either client-side or agency experience in a digital marketing role
    • Technical skillset covering as many of these tools as possible: Adobe Analytics/Webtrends (Web analytics tools), E-mail marketing reporting, Brightcove (video metrics), Interaction/CRM reporting, Sysomos (Social media listening), ON24 (Webcast reporting), Flurry (mobile app analytics), Sprinklr (social media listening) 
    What we look for
     
    We are interested in hiring a candidate who is passionate about data-driven marketing and is confident about using data to inform decisions. An ideal candidate would be an analytical mindset with experience in using Web analytics software, especially Adobe Analytics. We look for a person who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively. We would value your meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement. A good candidate would be innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving. Technical competencies in Tableau/Power BI and SQL are an asset here as well.
