    The opportunity
     
    Creating and implementing the company’s employer branding strategy cannot be more exciting, than when it is being done for the number one Employer of Choice – the EY brand. We are excited to create a unique opportunity in our Warsaw location of EY GDS, for a new team member of the Brand, Marketing and Communication Team. Working closely with both local and global teams, you would be creating our external communication with the demanding employment market of top talents, with focus on IT specialists, project managers and strategic business services experts.
     
    Your key responsibilities
     
    Your key mission would be establishing and continuing cooperation with external partners, associations and organizations. You will be fully accountable with creating and executing the cooperation strategy in the Warsaw location. This shall lead to organizing employer branding events, managing the presence of EY GDS on job fairs and industry meet-ups, as well as global visits. Supporting the employer branding initiatives with your actions will strengthen the company image as an Employer of Choice. You will work close with senior stakeholders and the management of EY GDS, giving valuable inputs on creating our external communication strategy in terms of supporting hiring activities.

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Your understanding of marketing and employer branding principles will lead EY GDS in its mission of leaving a more visible footprint on the local job market
    • Your marketing background will support company’s internal communication and its marketing strategy.
    • Thanks to the relationship with external partners you will be supporting active promotion of EY GDS employment values

    To qualify for the role you must have

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communication, PR, employer branding area
    • Fluency in English and Polish
    • Experience in cooperation with external organizations
    • Event management experience
    • Understanding social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Ideally, you’ll also have

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative, flexible, can-do attitude
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

    What we look for

    The best-fit candidate will have a very good understanding of IT job market principles (knowledge of the competitor market, employment values, understanding and differentiating job groups within IT). This experience will enable them to deliver high quality employer branding services dedicated to candidates from IT industry.
