    The global Brand, Marketing and Communication team, located across various EY offices globally, implements the branding strategy of EY, supporting our company in growing as a market leader and one of the most favoured employers in the world.
    The opportunity
    In this particular role, you will support the Brand, Marketing and Communication team located in various EY entities in terms of strategies measurement implementation and analytics management. You will work on lots of various data to produce meaningful KPI dashboards and suggest actionable insights. Your role would be placed among a portfolio of global stakeholders. In this role you will be using not only your web analytics skills, but also you knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of marketing programs strategy.
    Your key responsibilities
    • You will develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting by creating reports, data visualizations and dashboards
    • By building effective relationships with program and campaign managers, you will be able to collect and discuss insights and recommendations regarding respective programs
    • Your role would be not only setting targets and making objectives with Brand, Marketing and Communication Teams, but also upfront measurement strategy support around the launch of a program
    • A further company-wide metrics definition and relevant data sources identification would be also a part of you role
    • You will also define and improve various data collection platforms and relevant training materials, including FAQs, user guides, instructional videos and presentations
    • Overall, you will also track the team’s performance against defined KPIs and elevate areas that require attention
    Skills and attributes for success
    • Higher education in a relevant fields (preferably marketing) and fluent English
    • At least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing analytics
    • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and metrics across the multi-channel environment including web, social media, events, thought leadership, content marketing, mobile and advertising (offline and online)
    • You should be passionate about data-driven marketing
    • A background in pure web analytics would be nice to have, while in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, along with experience in analytical management of marketing programs is a must
    • Your technical skillset should cover the a broad scope following stack: MS Office, Web analytics tools  (Adobe and Google Analytics), E-mail marketing tool reporting, Brightcove (video metrics), Interaction/CRM reporting, Sysomos (Social media listening), On24 (Webcast reporting), Flurry (mobile app analytics), Sprinklr (social media management)
    What we look for
    We’re interested in hiring a professional with a great attention to details, with an overall passion for continuous improvement and the ability to lead projects proactively. The ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority would be an important success factor in the role. Basic knowledge of Tableau and SQL would be an asset for the role.
