Your responsibilities

  • Ownership of Brand Partner Communication Strategy & ensure strong implementation on regional and local level

  • Close cooperation with other departments Sales, Commercial Marketing, Sales Support & Digital to create campaign communication relevant for all channels

  • Ownership of Mobile Office content strategy, plan creation, implementation and follow up with markets to make sure content on the website is relevant and up to date

  • Be speaking partner for Digital CRM Team in creating relevant CRM communication for our Brand Partners

  • Continuously optimize and search for innovative way/tools to communicate with Brand Partners

  • Follow up on relevant communication KPIs

  • Ongoing discussion with Markets and Leaders to improve level of communication

Our requirements

  • Min. 5 experience in B2B Communication, Digital and CRM

  • Concept development experience

  • English – fluent in writing and speaking

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the direct selling, sales, leadership development

  • Great user experience of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)

  • Great analytical skills

  • Strategic approach with ability to execute tasks effectively

  • A natural and effective leader and manager

  • Great communication, collaboration, leadership, presentation skills, forefront innovator

  • Willingness to travel occasionally – Europe and CIS
