Partner with clients and agencies to develop best in class advertising on TikTok;
Develop industry narratives to articulate TikTok's value proposition to advertisers;
Create and run client pitches and workshops with the aim of growing brands' investment on TikTok;
Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and future proposals;
Case studies development and delivery;
Embed TikTok culture into client work and kickstart new trends that will breakout beyond our channel;
Partner with sales team to develop media plans and performance driven creative solutions that result in effective, breakthrough communication around our monetization products/solutions;
5+ years of experience in a brand strategy & creative roles;
Experience within a top tier creative agency, or a creative strategy role within a tech company;
Experience working in a global environment providing strategy and creative solutions to different markers;
Experience with B2B, e-com and SAAS verticals creative solutions;
Deep knowledge of TikTok and its content;
Experience in building creative digital media solutions at scale that drive performance and high user engagement;
Proficient both in English and in one of CE languages: Polish, Romanian, Czech or Hungarian.
