Brand Trainer

Your responsibilities

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE OUR BRANDS CAPTAIN IN TERMS OF:

• Implement online and offline education programs for both internal consultants and key retailers.

• Act as a brand (or brand cluster) education captain but simultaneously is fully engaged in multibranded educational projects and acts as a multibranded trainer

• Conduct all trainings nationally (both mono and multibranded) for retailers’ sales staff

• Actively participates in developing multibranded social media channels (facebook groups and Instagram)

• Adapts monobranded education activities to dynamic environment and multibranded needs of retailers.

• Delivers feedback to District Managers regarding in-store team.

WHAT BRAND TRAINERS USUALLY DO:

• Acts as a brand captain and as a corporate trainer

• Contacts to EMEA brand education team and adapt international programs to local needs/relevancy

• Overall are responsible for building sales and consumer experience capabilities at points of sales

• Executes branded and corporate retailer specific & affiliate specific programs including selling, services and coaching – instore or via digital channels

• Builds strong relationships with retailer counter parts and Area Sales Managers

• Ensures strong Brand DNA to drive brilliant brand execution in store

• Supports trade plans

• Co-ordinates and conducts training (incl. in-store training) in accordance with the National Training Curriculum to ensure Brand education standards are achieved and is locally relevant with a key focus on selling skills.

• On-counter coaching and other training sessions.
