Your responsibilities
- (Pro-active) communication with co-Workers, foreign UPS offices, UPS Control Tower, UPS Smart Back Office and Customers.
- Support preparation of customs declarations of shipments (Road, Ocean, Rail, Air).
- Check on clearance statuses of shipments
- Feed systems with the proper milestone/delay codes of shipments.
- Support team members on daily operations.
- Prompt reply to e-mails.
- Verify file completeness.
- Work on general administrative tasks
Our requirements
- Working English (speaking/writing) B2
- Other Languages: French, Spanish, German (B1) – as an advantage
- Working experience in customs environment – as an advantage
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Capable to work with strict deadlines
- Being detailed and focused on high quality data entry
- Problem solver mind set
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Able to prioritize and make decisions
- Team player
