Your responsibilities

  • Work together with People & Culture business function, to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring the best practices and solutions

  • Perform configuration activities related to annual system update required for beqom and SAP HCM systems including Paylines update and compensation process preparation

  • Strive to investigate and bring forward new beqom functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements

  • Analyse incoming incidents and change requests, provide application support through the resolution of incidents and implementation of change request

  • Develop relationships with Business Process Owners & key power users to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application

  • Assist the Business/Process Expert in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request. Ensure the alignment of the request to the implemented JTI Global Reference Model. Assist the Business Users in designing specification, testing, and implementing business process changes

  • Maintain the solution database by creating knowledgebase articles and getting them validated by the appropriate Expert

  • In regards of new projects/major enhancements, you will perform Project Management, Test Management, and Change Management activities where required, including functional process design and documentation, system configuration, data preparation and migration, coordination of technical integrations, etc.

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • Customer service experience for 1-3 years

  • Experience in troubleshooting and working with SQL

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services (Azure SQL DB, Azure Blobs)

  • SAP HR knowledge and configuration experience in areas of Personnel administration, Org. Management, Compensation and Benefits, Global Employment and ABAP programming and debugging skills are an advantage

  • Fluent English (written & spoken)

  • Excellent Business Relationship Management Skills (Customers & Suppliers) in a global multicultural environment

  • Task-oriented and delivery focused

  • Functional specification writing experience

  • Strong team player mindset as well as very good communication skills

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS People&Culture/Compliance Team in Warsaw as BTS P&C & Compliance Process Analyst Manager. The BTS People & Culture team partners with the business to provide consulting expertise in the area of business process & solution design throughout all the People & Culture processes, to support the development and maintenance of the People & Culture Technology Strategy, and implementation of People & Culture Technology portfolio.

You will be involved primarily in Compensation & Benefit Processes acting as a business consultant to provide expertise both on the business process side and system functionality. The platform used in JTI for Comp & Ben processes is by beqom.
