Your responsibilities

  • Increase BU North profitability through building an effective planning process, capabilities and leading projects. Performs various checks, analysis and interact with all streams through out the master data (MD) setting process to ensure data quality and on time request delivery projects,

  • Leading planning projects that optimize and increase efficiency within the BU,

  • Identify necessary changes in business processes and business roles to guarantee an effective, transparent and lean system that evolves with the business needs for current and new portfolio,

  • Executes other duties or responsibilities specified by direct manager, resulting from the actual and specific requirements of the job in a given area.

  • Contributes to overall profitability of the region by monitoring timely and consistent assessment of Master Data and related improvement projects, highlights issues, risks and impact

  • Support BU with products harmonization, complexity reduction, write offs minimization,

  • Ensure all projects goals are met within the defined deadlines and with maximum efficiency.

  • Ensures close cooperation with ICSC and x-functions (BSO, BSSO, Marketing, Finance, TCCC) in BU North

  • Manages information flow & sharing on daily/weekly/ S&OP/ project meetings for BU

Our requirements

  • University education, preferably with a “quantitative” background (business, sciences, engineering),

  • Very good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

  • Strong English communication skills written and verbally,

  • Understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain processes,

  • Analytical skills,

  • Experience to work on complex assignments with various stakeholders,

  • Ability to think End-to-End when analysing problems,

  • Ability to communicate effectively,

  • Ability to manage work systems and processes,

  • Ability for priority setting,

  • Understanding of cost/revenue impact of decisions,

  • Willingness to be flexible and to work in a rapidly changing environment,

  • Min. 2 years of work experience in FMCG or position of the similar nature,

  • Familiarity with SAP (ERP, APO), MD tools will be an asset.
