    Due to dynamic development of our EMEA Customer Care Operations Team we are currently looking for:
    Business Process Analyst

    The Business Process Analyst role is part of the Business Intelligence team which is responsible for developing an integrated knowledge of day-to-day Customer Care functionality and processes. A BP Analyst gathers data from a wide range of inputs, establishes metrics, creates reports and provides information to help guide decisions. This position is accountable for analyzing results, performing root cause analysis, identifying trends, and managing and monitoring the application of improvement initiatives. They will provide data, reporting and analysis assistance to project teams to support the successful execution of projects and process improvement activities.


    • BS/BA in engineering, science or business administration field or have suitable experience.
    • Local language skills, plus good command of English both verbal and written.
    • Experience of Business Intelligence, report creation, analytics and the tools and processes commonly used
    • An understanding of project management or continuous improvement is required
    • Green belt certification is a plus but could be obtained on the job
    • Ideally has an understanding of business systems such as SAP, Cisco, O365 etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understands business and stakeholder needs, evaluates requirements, designs and creates reports, provides analysis to deliver business intelligence to meet requirements
    • Prepares operational (daily, weekly, monthly, adhoc) reports for all stakeholders as required to ensure data needs are met to support the organization in managing the order revenue stream to reach our financial goals
    • Ensures quality and consistency of the data and analysis provided
    • Provides business intelligence assistance to projects and process improvement opportunities to support how Customer Care drives the customer experience and improves customer loyalty
