Your responsibilities
An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Business Analyst in Liquidity Finance Change. Your responsibilities include the development of concept to implementation of sound, client-focused and value-added capabilities. You will understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions. It is a high profile role with close SMEs interaction within Financial Accounting, Liquidity Reporting, Treasury and Risk. It is an outstanding chance to build in-depth CFO and business knowledge and an opportunity for you to shape future Finance Change service offerings involving cutting-edge technology.
Your future colleagues
You join our Liquidity Program in Finance Change department in Wroclaw. We work across the entire CFO division (Financial Accounting, Product Control, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting) to ensure that we execute the strategic design and implementation of any major changes to our processes and systems. In partnership with our key business partners and IT we work to build ground breaking business solutions using our deep functional expertise. You will work in a diverse, highly motivated and qualified team with an excellent delivery track record within a dynamic and international environment. Our requirements
A university degree or equal qualifying experience in Business Administration or Computer Science
Proven track record (3 to 5 years) as business analyst within a financial services institution or with a renowned consultancy firm, focusing on the financial services industry
A deep knowledge of Financial Products and Banking processes, preferably in the area of Liquidity reporting. Direct exposure to Risk Modelling implementation is a strong advantage
A good analytical and problem solving skills with strong presentation skills. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and team-player capabilities that enable you to work in an Agile/Scrum team
An IT flair (should be able to challenge IT, understand IT constraints and systems). Good working knowledge of SQL or Big Data. A good understanding of system architecture is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage work under pressure with a high level of flexibility and to manage multiple challenging priorities and assignments with a proactive approach
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
