    Business Analyst Adiologist

    DGS operates in Poland since 2007. The company, initially under the name Oticon Polska Production, manufactured hearing aids at a manufacturing facility in Mierzyn. Over the course of its 10-year existence, the company expanded their production range to technologically advanced hearing aids and diagnostic equipment, as well as IT, HR, software development, quality assurance, finances and logistic services. Due to the dynamic growth and experienced staff, a decision was made in 2015 to create a new organisation, which would provide its services to companies being parts of the William Demant Group. Currently, DGS employs 2200 people in Poland and is constantly expanding its operations, while continuously hiring new employees.

    Purpose of the position
    DGS Business Services in Szczecin is looking for a passionate Audiologist with the broad knowledge to help in designing software. You will help to improve modern and highly complex hearing care products that make a difference to peoples’ lives. You will be working within an international organization mastering the most advanced technologies.
     
    Job responsibilities:

    • Understand the market needs.
    • Being part of defining new solutions in line with market needs.
    • Bringing field expertise and user knowledge into our software solutions, to both hearing care professionals and users.
    • Working closely with product owners on setting project scopes and gathering requirements.
    • Working with user experience designers and software developers to create the best design for the users of our solutions.
    • Facilitating meetings, workshops and conducting interviews with stakeholders in order to understand requirements.
    • Documenting design using engineering requirements, flowcharts, mockups etc.
    • Be an active member of a team developing new products or product features.

    Minimum qualifications

    • BS degree in a subject with focus on audiology.
    • Good in English.
    • Experience in working with hearing instrument fittings.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Master’s, Ph.D. degree, further education or experience in audiology or other related fields.
    • Experience with research and development process.
    • Experience in working with two or more types of fitting software.
    • Experience of diagnostic and validation tools.
