Your responsibilities

  • Recognizing, analysing and documenting business processes

  • Advising on designing business solutions

  • Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks from timeline planning to stakeholder engagement

  • Devising change interventions such as training and communication

  • Managing the tracking and documenting progress and status reporting

  • Overseeing solution implementation

  • Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand

Our requirements

  • Experience of working within Banking or Financial Services as a Business Analyst and/or in a hybrid role capacity as a Business Analyst/Project Manager

  • Solid experience of process mapping/process re-engineering

  • Requirements gathering – the ability to produce structured functional specification, including experience of User Story.

  • Ability to run effective workshops for client business users

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation - the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients

  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical mind

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Creation of project charters, project plans, key dependencies, requirements collection, issues, risks and scope changes throughout all phases of the project RAID logs etc.

  • Leading working groups and steering committees

Optional

  • Experience within: asset management, finance management, KYC processes

  • Working knowledge of: SQL, Tableau

  • Knowledge of Change Management Methodology

  • Senior Business Analysts will have some experience leading teams, an understanding of project management and planning
