About the project
We are looking for passionate Business and Functional Analyst to join our growing team, to support and build solutions for large global financial institution. If you are experienced working for the large organization with well-structured software delivery process and would like to develop further your business and functional analysis skills to develop new banking payments platform for our client you are welcome to join our team.
Your responsibilities
- Migration and the integration of all front and backend systems
- Migration and integration of systems and new requirements that need to be integrated.
- ISO20022 changes of all interfaces from MT to ISO are a main focus.
- Status Reporting, Milestones, Risk&Issues,
- Tracking and control from due dates/ target dates, if required escalation
- Preparation meetings (content)
- After Meeting: Meeting Minutes, Action Tracking, etc.
- Stakeholder Communication und Management
- SharePoint (Dokument Management, SharePoint Administration, Absence Management, etc.)
- Management Decision Tracking
- Template preparation
- Lessons Learned, TRA und Ad-Hoc Tasks
Our requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project business and functional analyst role
- Very good understanding of software delivery lifecycle and corresponding deliverables
- Experience of preparing business requirements and functional/non-functional specification
- Excellent documentation skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High self-discipline and self-organization, ability to work without supervision
- Experience working on complex projects, with many stakeholders in large organizations
- Basic technical knowledge (SQL, XML, etc.)
- Toolset knowledge (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of Payments Processing workflow would be plus
- Project management experience would be plus
- Working practice in projects under AGILE and SCRUM methodology
