Your responsibilities
Identifying needs, receiving and retrieving requirements from a functional perspective;
Conducting workshops and meetings with the client as well as a presentation;
Analysis of business payments and identification of offices for optimization;
Creating a concept consistent with the implementation of the action based on the tool;
Support for sales support to ensure the needs and substantive preparation of offers;
Participation in project valuation;
Close cooperation with technical customers implementing the solution;
Verification of technical tools for business needs;
Our requirements
Ability to model business requirements and solutions;
Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies;
Experience in IT industry projects;
High communication skills;
Customer orientation;
Knowledge of SQL;
English language level at least B1.
Optional
Experience in IT projects;
Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4, CMDB screws, Asset Management;
Knowledge of Jira / Confluence;
Readiness for professional appearances.
