Business Analyst (Cash management)

Previous experience on similar position

Ability to negotiate, consolidate and document business requirements, following business needs and clear to IT stakeholders

Ability to define and negotiate/enforce functional solutions efficient from business perspective

Ability to follow IT projects and ensure quality of IT systems by testing IT deliveries and negotiating timely deliveries meeting business needs

Project management skills

Ability to communicate with both business and IT stakeholders

Very good command of English (B2 level)

Proficiency in MS Office

Previous experience on IT projects in banking / finance sector

At least basic knowledge of Cash Management products (credit transfer payments, local in Poland - Elixir and Sorbneta and international - SEPA, SWIFT, Target2, including all specific cases - tax payments, split payments etc.

At least basic knowledge of direct debits (local in Poland - Elixir, international - SepaDD, SWIFT MT104)

At least basic knowledge of electronic banking systems for corporate clients

At least basic knowledge of all types of accounts: current, VAT, social security, saving account etc., and related parameters - interests, limits etc.

At least basic knowledge of easy collect services (virtual accounts), POBO/COBO schemes

At least basic knowledge of cash pooling/automatic balance transfers, visa cards (including VISA Intl. regulations), cash collection

At least basic knowledge of core banking solutions (accounts, payments etc.)

At least basic knowledge of Cash Management related regulations (local and global), especially: AML, local STIR/SINF reporting, PSD2 and GDPR/RODO - global EU and local rules, Sanctions & Embargoes filtering.
