    Business Analyst - eBC

    Do you have proven experience of working in an International Shared Service Centre environment? If so we would like to hear from you. Reporting to GDA EDI Manager, you will help in management of Electronic Data Compliance.



    • Providing operational monitoring, administration support and error resolution for all EDI transaction sets.
    • Supporting the following areas:  Order management, Logistics, Purchasing, Disbursements, Finance, Billing, Planning, Sales and other.
    • Participating in complex process and system cross-functional projects and initiatives.
    • Participating in execution of tactical initiatives related to technological advances, enhancements and SAP upgrades.
    • Interacting with peers within the industry and participating in share groups. Benchmarking & Best Practices.
    • Managing Data Synchronization process with customers - adding new attributes ensuring data accuracy in Customers systems.
    • Enforcing established EDI standards, SOX controls and standard processes. 


    • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of business experience in EDI, Master Data Administration, Order Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Disbursements, Production, Quality, Finance, Billing, Planning, Sales.
    • Excellent English language skills.
    • Previous experience working in dynamic cross functional team environment.
    • Knowledge of Sales, Purchasing or Transportation operations a plus.
    • Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
    • Understands SAP platform, related bolt-on systems and data integration between systems and processes.
    • Ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines.
    • SAP/ERP and Lotus Notes experience required.
    • 2 years project management experience preferred - as part of project team and representing EDI, responsible for design and implementation of cross-functional projects.
