Your responsibilities
Work with leading Telco, Media & Entertainment industry companies, major customers / suppliers / account teams to help develop and execute global strategies and manage complex solutions and transformations
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
Analyze as-is and design new business processes using standard process designing tools and frameworks like eTOM
Facilitate customer workshops, build, maintain good relationship and influence client main stakeholders up to C suite executives.
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates with a Telco / Media industry knowledge and / or experience in requirements definition, business process design, business analytics or telco technology design.
2+ years’ experience within Telecoms industry and/or similar Consulting experience
Good understanding of Telco Business framework and processes (B2C, B2B, Customer Experience and Care, organization design) or to Telco Network is an advantage
Any experience with IT/digital program transformations and technologies is an advantage
Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies and frameworks.
Other foreign EU language e.g., German, French, Italian will be a strong asset
