Currently, we are looking for ambitious and team-oriented Business Analyst for our client who is providing a comprehensive platform used to manage interactions between federal and local government institutions and citizens. It transforms the way how governments connect with the public through a unified experience that integrates website, online services, digital communications, and more. Government teams work more efficiently and provide better service with solutions that transform residents’ journey, reaching and serving every resident equally and inclusively.
• Working with requirements – Understanding, Analysis, Brainstorming and sharing solutions both functional and domain specific.
• Capable of creating diagrams illustrating requirements (Use cases, flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution.
• Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
• Expertise in Agile process and framAgile eworks (Scrum and Kanban).
• Expertise in Story point estimation and poker planning methodology.
• Complete ownership and coordinating Agile ceremonies like Grooming meeting, Planning and Sprint Demo.
• Responsible in other Agile ceremonies - e.g. Daily Scrum and Retrospectives.
• Responsible of sharing sprint metrics (e.g. burn-up, burn down and velocity charts).
• Shared ownership in the scope management.
• Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team.
• Responsible for test cases review.
• Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and MS teams.
• Very good command of English
