Your responsibilities

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements - highly focused on understanding business needs

  • Leading discovery sessions with business stakeholders from different countries to understand the gaps vs blueprint solution (fit gap analysis) and define the implementation scope

  • Helping Product Owners and Implementation Managers with setting up priorities and facilitating the requirements negotiation among multiple stakeholders

  • Identifying the current- and future-state business processes. Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change

  • Being able to translate Bigger Picture into a detailed action plan and drive it - working with IT development teams on daily basis

  • Creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications (user stories in JIRA + knowledge base in Confluence)

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in e-Commerce solutions

  • Experience working in complex IT projects following Scrum/ Agile methodology

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for development teams (epics, user stories)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking

  • Very good communication & presentation skills

  • “Can do” mindset

  • Experience in process flow mapping & driving process optimization is a plus

  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture is a plus

  • Fluency in English – verbal and written
