Your responsibilities
Join us as a Business Analyst and become part of the Global Surveillance Change function in Poland. Our program portfolio and projects cover various Surveillance areas (e.g Trade Surveillance, e-Comm and Voice Surveillance) applied around the globe, involves different technologies and spans from transformational challenges to regular technical improvements. You have the outstanding opportunity to work on designated projects, being responsible for conducting business analysis and requirements engineering tasks. Depending on your experience, you are able to work as stream lead in projects to manage and support the timely delivery of assigned work items. Furthermore, you support the governance and control processes either in single projects or across the change portfolio to ensure proper status and progress tracking, oversight of risks and issues as well as enable appropriate and timely senior business partner communications.

Join our international and highly diverse Change team operating in a fast-paced environment with members located in Zurich, London and Poland. The broad setup of the Global Surveillance functions requires you to work closely with different business partners in Compliance and IT to understand requirements and collect relevant input to feed the programs' governance & control processes.
Our requirements
We are looking for open-minded professionals with the commitment to inspire change and the following skill-set:
At least 4 years of proven working experience in business analysis and/or PMO within a Financial Services firm or leading consulting firm
Exposure to Surveillance-related functions and a robust understanding of respective work items, processes and technologies would be a strong asset
Proficiency in English is a requirement. Any other language is a plus
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and result driven way of working and the ability to produce tangible results
Ability to communicate efficiently and in ways appropriate to those being addressed, in the interest of building up and maintaining a sustainable professional network
