About the project
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of Human Resources processes.
You will get a chance to be a team member responsible for the functional and technical side of Global HR Reporting solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will gather requirements and deliver solutions for reports and dashboards that support global HR processes and operations. You will use tools such as Power BI, SAP HCM, and SAP BW daily.

Your responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements and cooperating with the development team on implementing changes to reporting tools
- Delivering reporting solutions, including prototypes
- Coordinating and performing application tests such as UAT, integrating or regression tests
- Preparing training and designing user manuals
- Managing change requests related to HR Reporting
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics
- Over 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in designing Power BI dashboards
- Good understanding of human resources processes
- Knowledge of the SAP HCM system
- Fluency in spoken and written English
