Your responsibilities
Organize and present data extracted from disparate tools, applications, and systems
Deliver specific reporting tasks which may be part of a larger assignment
Generate reports and data based on understanding of the function’s business context. Identify trends and patterns in dataset and interpret for client
Developing skill with spreadsheets, databases, and other reporting tools and processes that support conducting
Analysis of translation services data related and pricing model
Day to Day management of invoices and creation of POs in procurement tool
Proactive communication with vendors, stakeholders, and procurement teams
Our requirements
University degree (mandatory)
2+ years’ relevant Back-office experience in an International oriented environment
Very good MS Office (Word, Excel formulas, pivot tables and VBA) knowledge
Use of financial budgeting and/or invoicing tools would be beneficial
Fluency in English
An amazing verbal and written communication capacity
Awesome negotiation skills
Amazing analytical thinking, detail-orientation and a strong organizational capacity
Advanced SQL to be able to assist with clearing any bugs/issues within the code as well as develop new one
Translating the business requirements into code would be essential
