About the project
We are looking for a motivated professional willing to start a new challenging chapter in the Business Analysis area. You will be working for one of our client's structure, from the investment banking industry.
You'll be joining a team that specialize in rapid tooling and automation for multiple transformation programs of work within the corporate environment. The Migration Factory is a multi-disciplined, jointly funded change capability providing Application Remediation, Infrastructure Migration and End User Migration services to the Group Technology organization. The purpose of the Migration Factory is to reduce company's technical debt and associated risk from the legacy technology estate enabling adoption to the next generation cloud ready platforms and / or the cloud service offerings. The Migration Factory works on large scale, repeatable type activity across multiple lines of business.
support an application used for tracking, reporting, and executing against multiple internal infrastructure and end user transformation programs
collaborate with colleagues at all levels to drive delivery within an Agile framework and define minimum viable products
handle incoming user requirements, structure into user stories, refine requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinate demo sessions
provide analysis and support to the development team and our customers
help refine the program backlog, juggle competing priorities from different programs, prepare program planning sessions
identify and manage opportunities to improve our products and processes
manage cross-team dependencies
previous experience in the role of a Business Analyst or a common field (4+ years)
proven experience working in a complex software development environment
exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong experience in managing product backlog of an IT application
experience handling incoming user requirements, structuring into user stories, refining requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinating demo sessions
experience in managing all aspects (delivery, technology, people, finance, etc.) in a small delivery team
strong experience in managing and balancing conflicting stakeholder needs across multiple programs
excellent written and verbal communication skills
english: C1 Advanced
experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
experience leading a Scrum delivery model within the financial sector and a record of working across the full software development lifecycle
