About the project

Do you want to join our team of Spend Management experts?

We help our customers to control how they spend their resources by using our cloud service for eProcurement and AP Automation, based on Microsoft Azure.

We are now extending our team of Business Analysts (BA). The role is to be the link between our customers and our development teams. The job also includes to work closely with our Professional Services organization who are the ones working directly with the customers.

You will work with developing Purchase to Pay, by gathering requirements, designing solutions and planning the implementation of new features. You will be a part of our small, multinational BA team.

We believe you have good understanding of the role of the procurement and finance department in general.

A good understanding of ERP systems is a great advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze new requirements and create requirements specifications as preparation for new developments

  • Be involved in development of new features together with a development team – answering questions, testing, documenting etc.

  • Connect development with pilot customers to facilitate good feedback between the customer(s) and the team

  • Prioritization and planning of new features based on requirements and resources.

  • Work closely with projects/consultants to ensure qualitative deliveries to our customers

  • Participate in the Business Analyst forum to share experiences

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance (previous experience with data analysis will be an advantage)

  • Excellent knowledge of our domain - AP

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude and a good understanding of IT environments

  • Confidence in contact with stakeholders, clients, and other employees, ability to follow-up and obtain feedback regarding new features

  • Experience of international businesses is beneficial

  • A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions together with your team

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar - or equivalent work experience
