    HPE Global Business Center is one of the largest business services centers in Lower Silesia.

Our team provides a broad range of services to their clients including counsel and assistance regarding antitrust/competition law, program and project structuring, government and public sector business, risk assessment and risk mitigation, alliances, partnering and in-bound relationships, drafting and negotiating complex and custom business agreements that are of a uniformly superior quality. 

    Business Analyst (Legal Operations)

    This position requires support of legal professionals as a subject matter expert on multiple systems with responsibility for maintaining efficiency and accuracy of our matter management and accounts payable processes. 

    • Update and maintain legal billing information in relevant legal and corporate systems, including TeamConnect and SAP A/P
    • Research and resolve inquiries and issues with vendor billing, vendor management and internal invoicing issues
    • Manage a high volume mailbox and ticketing system for both internal and external requests
    • Act as a subject matter expert in several legal applications
    • Extract data from various sources and manipulate for executive reporting
    • Participate in special projects as assigned
    • Communicate with executive level employees

    Education and Experience Required:

    • First Level University degree
    • 3+ years of relevant experience
    • prior legal office work with a medium large to large firm working with matter management and billing/ebilling
    • Basic knowledge of financial reporting
    • Experience with SAP A/P a plus
    • Experience with TeamConnect, or any other matter management system a plus

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriate to interface with attorneys (English) 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under strict deadlines
    • Sharp focus and attention to detail
    • Customer-focused and results-oriented 
    • Team player with a positive attitude
