    Currently we are looking for exceptional Business Analyst to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

    Business Analyst
    Workplace: Łódź

    This role provides advisory, analytical and operational support to the Business Units Leadership, Human Resources Leadership, wider HR Management on analytics, reporting to the Director HR Effectiveness.

    The role initially reports through to HR but longer term could report through HR or Finance as it will analyse the organisational structure and associated financial costs.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Developing and generating reports/advice and expert workforce analytical information utilizing internal SAP and OrgVue, which will include both HR and financial data
    • Providing high quality, accurate, timely and user-friendly workforce information to stakeholders and ensure the information contributes to all the key decision making agendas of key stakeholders, particularly in support of any key business programmes (E.g. Spans and Layers, FTE analysis, Organization Development and M&A)
    • Continuously improving outputs and standards for the production and presentation of workforce information
    • Assist the Director HR Effectiveness and HRLT with key workforce projects requiring analytical support
    • Attending key stakeholder meetings and present on organisational analytics and reporting, running workshops as required

    Specifically:

    • Responsible for the interpretation and analysis of large and complex sets of data and and ensure the  presentation of the information in a clear, accurate, timely and meaningful manner which is understandable to its audience to ensure the implications of the information is understood
    • Responsible for the production and analysis of regular workforce reports for the HRLT and key internal stakeholders such as ExCo and senior business leaders and providing high quality data to the HRLT and wider HR Management
    • To develop and maintain an expertise in analysis and report writing
    • Ensure that all reporting is fully documented & shared with appropriate stakeholders accordingly
    • To provide expert advice and support on data availability, data definitions and data validity in order to help HR and managers interpret and analyse the data correctly 

    Requirements:

    • University degree
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in SSC/BPO in finance team
    • Good understanding of accounting principles
    • Very good command of English, both verbal and in writing
    • Very good Excel knowledge - Experience in delivery of creating reports, dashboards, presentation packs, KPI’s, statistics and scorecards
    • Proven knowledge of SAP
    • Comfortable handling/interrogating large data sets with an analytical curiosity, preferably within both an HR and financial environment  
    • Ability to work with a high level of attention to detail, with a practical understanding of data safety and security 
    • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and the knowledge to know what can be shared in line with GDPR
    • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidence in information produced
    • OrgVue knowledge is an advantage
