Your responsibilities
Supporting development team as a Business Analyst
Cooperation with a Product Owner on User Story definitions and mappings
Supporting testing and approval of Product increment
Initial KPIs definition for the product
Close cooperation with the Product Management team
Taking care of Scrum Artifacts and Events
Managing the development team working for customer
Leading Delivery & Administration area in the project from Hicron’s business perspective
Opportunity to develop in the company as Agile Delivery Lead
Our requirements
2 years of experience in a similar position
Understanding of the Scrum framework
Fluent English
Ability to work: 10 – 18 and 13 – 21 during the working week
Optional
Basic understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Knowledge/understanding of the Kanban Method
Project Management experience and/or certifications
