Your responsibilities
- Supporting development team as a Business Analyst
- Cooperation with a Product Owner on User Story definitions and mappings
- Supporting testing and approval of Product increment
- Initial KPIs definition for the product
- Close cooperation with the Product Management team
- Taking care of Scrum Artifacts and Events
- Managing the development team working for customer
- Leading Delivery & Administration area in the project from Hicron’s business perspective
- Opportunity to develop in the company as Agile Delivery Lead
Our requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of the Scrum framework
- Fluent English
- Ability to work: 10 – 18 and 13 – 21 during the working week
Optional
- Basic understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Knowledge/understanding of the Kanban Method
- Project Management experience and/or certifications
