Our Client is an Asian tech conglomerate that dynamically develops its operations in Europe. They operate in 3 segments: gaming, online payments and e-commerce in which the vacancy of a Business Analyst is created.
The company has ambitious goals to grow in Europe starting its expansion from Poland. Their operations represent high standards in which they deliver their service and products. That is also reflected in growth opportunities which are offered to their employees.
Description
- Build effective data analysis models and reporting processes based on customer service data, feedback and benchmarking of industry best practices.
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis of pain points/common issue
- Drive root cause analysis, and propose findings & recommendations to drive improvement of customer service metrics such as contact rate, CSAT, and contact time.
- In-charging of headcount planning based on forecasted volumes and coordination with internal & external team (outsourced agency) on workforce planning
- Troubleshooting if there is any abnormality on statistics
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis as when required
Profile
- Professional experience in user-centric roles/organisations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Ability to generate impactful insights with in-depth understanding of users' needs on e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to view different aspects of a project from a macro perspective while having an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to coordinate processes and projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions.
- Committed with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver quick and effective resolutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Curiosity and openness to new challenges.
- Experience/proficiency in SQL and/or Python is a plus.
- Understanding of topics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), NPS (Net Promoter Score), or other customer satisfaction metrics is a big plus.
