Your responsibilities

  • Participate in deployment phase by reviewing the solution documentation, develop necessary processes or procedural changes
  • Support CORE EPM Platform set-up especially in areas of GAP assessment, UAT cycles definition and execution, cutover and Go-live activities, including master data maintenance for P&VA with continuous improvement approach and keeping documentation up-to-date
  • Ensure transparency around EPM deployment: clear tracking and communication of progress, highlighting risks and issues
  • Make sure that EPM system is fully deployed, stabilized and functional, allowing cost distribution and accurate Managerial Reporting for entire P&L across assigned OpCos (E2E)
  • Serve as point of contact for EPM errors, create technical and operational BRD and change documents. Track implementation of technical solutions into EPM, keep Central and OpCo stakeholders updated, aware of consequences and next steps
  • Deliver practical, system trainings for OpCo counterparties enabling smooth transition of Period End Close, Management Accounting and P&VA activities into CORE EPM environment

Our requirements

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance function specific to the area of process expertise (BPM)
  • Proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system (preferably SAP CO-PA allocations)
  • Strong Analytical and project management skills
  • Has lead process improvement/standardization project
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance or other related studies
  • End to end understanding of finance processes
  • Ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management
  • Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Optional

  • Proven experience with Oracle EPM
  • Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)
  • Proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples
  • Experience in conducting trainings

Senior Business Analyst for CORE EPM Platform will be responsible, under the supervision of the Project Manager, for leading OpCos to implement & integrate the CORE EPM Platform into business as usual and ensuring OpCo P&VA team and other key users are equipped with relevant knowledge and with support from Central team to effectively embed the CORE EPM Platform solution into the new ways of working.
