As our Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, customers end users to implement our supply chain solutions as well as supporting our sales team in the tender process, and driving new designs and processes to completion as well as supporting day-to-day running of key systems. Working across various projects, as a project team member where you will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing functional specifications for system customisations and developments and engaging with developers as required. Using the analytical skills acquired from your previous role to collaborate with the team to deliver quality solution to our customers.
Experience in gathering business requirements, process analysis and diagramming (BPMN), gap analysis
IT related degree or equivalent business experience
Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English
Strong client facing and presentation skills
Proactivity, assertiveness and independence with drive and commitment to achieve results
Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain will be an advantage
SQL knowledge would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
