The successful candidate will join the new Risk IT Program Delivery Office within Risk for Finance organization. IT PDO mandate is to develop a framework for sustainable prioritization, budgeting and program oversight for risk technology implementations in adherence to Citi program management policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

The role will be in Warsaw and responsible for the requirements and project management of strategic EMEA  projects related to ECB (European Central Bank) stress testing, regulatory ICAAP reporting, credit approvals process changes as mandated by ECB, EBA and PRA regulators.
Business Analyst - Risk
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities supporting key strategic, multi-faceted projects to enhance end-to-end processes such as stress testing, ICAAP reporting, PRA Trading Book Wind Down requirement, regulatory and risk reporting and provide all necessary project management support.
  • Work on the business requirements for infrastructure capabilities allowing to standardize framework to streamline and optimize each legal entity’s regulatory reporting.
  • Work with Risk, Quantitative Risk and Stress Testing, Finance stakeholders to reach consensus on the business requirements, review project timelines and resolve issues.
  • Participate in planning and execution of UAT.
  • Constructing project plans through discussions with Technology teams with consideration to their wider project book of work and strategic initiatives  and resource availability.
  • Attend project status meetings and provide regular updates to Senior Management and Stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of the group’s processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in financial services sector, in roles requiring ability to partner with Business & Technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project goals.
  • A proven track record of successful project management of multiple priorities and dealing effectively with demanding business partners.
  • Strong data analysis skills and high level of attention to details.
  • Excellent people skills and client focus: ability to interact successfully with regulators, business partners, technology teams, our technical infrastructure groups and technology managers.
  • Proficient ability to interpret business requirements for the purpose of liaising with Technology.
  • Experience in product program governance and risk management framework.
  • Builds and maintains relationship skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Masters) in Economics, Finance, or another field with analytical focus (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) is required.
