    Description:

    This role is in the CRO Change department which is the Project Management organization within the CRO (Chief Risk Officer) division. Main field of responsibility of our team is to deliver IT projects within the Credit Risk Methodology space for the Wealth Management segment.

     

    As Business Analyst, you will work independently on the LTV project which enhances and maintains the Calculation Engine and Market Data pool for defining Loan-To-Values (collateral haircuts for the global Lombard business).

     

    Key Responsibilities:
    • You will identify and document business requirements from key business partners by facilitating workshops, building use cases/ BRDs, work breakdown structures and tasks to enable workflow, document and functional requirement analysis.
    • You will drive knowledge exchange with SMEs and coordinate working groups with diverse business stakeholders to ensure needs of business are appropriately prioritized to be met in timely manner.
    • You will conduct data analysis, traceability matrix exercise based on Project needs.
    • You will work jointly with IT SMEs and other business organizations to implement effective business solutions/processes.
    • You will partner with various business entities to ensure the timely engagement and appropriately agreed solutions.
    • You will provide up-to-date statuses from conducted analysis to Project Manager and other partners.
    • You will help to actively drive UAT in partnership with assigned business organizations.
    • You will prepare project documentation for knowledge retention and deployment runbooks, including user training (if and when required).

    Qualifications:

    Essential:

    • Degree in business administration, finance or business informatics.
    • Excellent business analysis experience within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements (at least 3 years).
    • Strong technical understanding of banking products, solid experience in data flows and gap analysis.
    • Background in Market Data and marketable securities.
    • Familiarity in at least in one of the area: Global Markets, Derivatives, FX, Digital Banking, Private Banking Wealth Management credit products and processes.
    • Ability to engage with quantitative experts.
    • Excellent documentation skills and familiar with tools Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio & SharePoint.
    • Experience in working with global teams spread across multiple regions.
    • Flexibility and experience in managing multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
    • Advanced SQL knowledge.
    • Proficient in English.

    • Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, numerically competent, structured and analytical approach.
    • Ability to gain consensus when faced with differing views.
    • German language a plus.
