Would you like to get started with IT Consulting?
We are looking for great people to join our growing Advisory Team, supporting complex end-to-end projects with the top global financial institutions.
As a Business Analyst you will take part in developing new IT solutions or improving existing ones. Your focus will be on analysis of requirements, data flows and dependencies between different systems.
Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
Support coordination of Agile projects
Cooperate directly with the client team
Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
Have an individual and creative approach to solving complex problems
Think analytically and have the ability to use the synthesis to present the results of your work
Know English very well
Show interest in working with clients from the financial sector
Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic background and skills
Be able to work full-time
Have exceptional extracurricular achievements
Know additional languages, especially German or French
Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance
Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 2/3 of your work time (once the pandemic situation allows it)
