Your responsibilities
- Defining and implementing new KPIs in collaboration with the Operational team
- Maintaining existing KPIs, providing input to performance and quality review meetings
- Driving creation, adjustment, and maintenance of reports and dashboards
- Delivering the insights based on available data, presenting the results, monitoring trends, and searching for possible improvement areas
- Improving (both temporarily and long term) solutions for data and insights generation
- Working together with various Teams to create and handle consolidated reports
Our requirements
- Master's degree or the equivalent of Data Analysis Engineering, IT, Statistics, or similar
- Proven experience in data analysis and insights delivery
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Excel (including VBA and Power Query) and Power Point (data presentation)
- Solid communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Familiar with ticketing systems
- Knowledge SQL, PowerBI, and or/SalesForce reporting
- High-quality communication skills

Business Improvement is a small team of Project Leads and Specialists working together to support the Global Service Delivery Centre in business development and transformation. We are supervising various projects, outreaching out to all relevant stakeholders to promote our services and understand business needs to develop and implement new services to the SDC service catalog.
At the same time, we are developing a collaboration model with other units, to make sure we are meeting our customer's expectations when it comes to quality, performance, and communication. We coordinate tools and shared processes to ensure consistency in their utilisation across Service Delivery Center.
Vestas
Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We seek to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work. The Project Documentation department is responsible for whole documentation within construction. The aim of this function is to provide the agreed scope of project specific as-built documentation is to the customer of the project and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.
