Your responsibilities
Interface with customer and build customer confidence in team`s ability to deliver high quality testing services.
Provides relevant data on metrics for designated applications to support metrics management
Provide ideas, suggestions to bring in test efficiencies and productivity improvements in the testing service
Key point of contact for customer for testing of the designated applications
Engage with customer for issue resolution and support needed w.r.t access, environment, data, etc.
Participates in meetings with business / functional teams to understand the functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with end users for testing of the designated applications
Collaborate with customer for review of periodic test status updates and reports

Flexibility to be cross-leveraged for other applications, adapt to newer responsibilities as required
Business Analyst with at least 1 IT project experience at any of the leading banks.
Gathering requirements, creating workflows and data models.
KPI/Metrics related work, process improvements, capturing data and suggest improvements in processes, suggest automation to improve efficiencies of processes/workflows
Knowledge of JIRA tool or other tools where requirements can be captured by BA for further implementation
Data analysis skills, use Tableau or other tools
Preparation / Review of daily, weekly status updates
Maintain Query/Issue trackers and systematic improvement plans
