Your responsibilities
Crucial support for e-commerce function via business data analysis in order to provide various stakeholders with reliable information for making operational and management decisions
acting as a Project Manager in various projects connected with the deployment of reporting and change management
preparing Customers Sell-Out reports, monitoring and analyzing the results and providing various stakeholders with the recommendations
identifying and communicating opportunities to improve processes and systems in the area of sell-out and e-commerce reporting with the use of new technological solutions
understand the link between plan & actuals, partner to the business to define future growth plans
change management and adaptation to the changing needs of the ACD Division
creating, maintaining, optimizing and sharing reports and interactive dashboards for business users using MS Power BI

You are a perfect match if you: are strong in preparing business analyzes, formulating theses and conclusions - very well understanding the business is a must
have an experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders at various management and operational levels
have proven experience in project management
are creative and eager to search for alternative solutions
have a very good command of spoken and written Polish & English
are communicative, open-minded and easy to make contacts
have higher education with an economic or related profile
have a good knowledge of information systems, databases, forms of reporting
have an excellent knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel and Power Point
have knowledge of Power BI & an experience in creating and managing ETL processes
