Your responsibilities

  • Development & implementation of tools (financial reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis) for management team and Sales and Wholesale area;

  • Act as a commercial finance business partner to Wholesale Controller & Head of Wholesale for Triumph & Sloggi in the management of sales & margin targets;

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the market, its dynamics, opportunities and translate this to sales opportunities for the business;

  • Provide continuous commercial insights during the year, leveraging both an understanding of commercial performance and business acumen, including knowledge of the commercial strategy and short-term priorities;

  • Monitor and analyze in depth sales performance in light of sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve Sales;

  • Monitor key account profitability and provide recommendations for improving the results;

  • Monitor in season Wholesale sales and margin performance;

  • Manage account forecasts and scenario plans with sales associates;

  • Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Wholesale updates;

  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects that contribute to the growth of the business;

  • Contribute to the building of the annual plan and strategic plan from a sales POV;

  • Monitor sales data in order to ensure accurate and up to date reporting planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting of channel related costs.

Our requirements

  • 3 to 5 years years of working experience gained in a similar role within a Wholesale, Retail, Consumer goods Environment;

  • University degree in one of the fields: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related;

  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional Customer Service skills;

  • Highly experienced in delivering accurate timely reports;

  • Strong analytical and process driven mindset;

  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional internal stakeholder’s management skills;

  • Ability to visualize complex information in focused reports and presentations;

  • Master user of Excel, SAP, BW/R3, any other BI tool is a plus;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ensure transparency of data and provide business reports to the defined high standards, develop as required “ad hoc” analysis. Control all commercial aspects of the Wholesale business, flag potential risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment to Wholesale P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting within Wholesale management & to Holding.
