Your responsibilities
Interpret internal / external business challenges and opportunities and set up solutions to deliver.
Support workstream / product owners with preparation of business cases and support achievement of the overall program objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workstream colleagues, product owners, and all senior stakeholders to drive transparency of program workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations.
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements and test created solutions.
Engage subject matter experts across a number of different functional and geographical areas in a virtual international team setting.
Actively participate in the delivery of all aspects of small projects and/or phases of larger projects.
Our requirements
Business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains.
Business process analysis and design.
Good business and data understanding (pharma commercial data landscape).
Can support in data questions that relate to business (processes).
Can run SQL queries and pull and join different data.
Capable of visualizing in the right format and right tool (Thoughtspot, Tableau, GDS ...).
Candidate is certified in at least one Agile framework / methodology (eg. Scrum), has practical knowledge of Agile BA framework (IIBA).
Familiar with Jupyter Notebooks and to some extent also Python.
Data modelling.
Has an ability to facilitate workshops.
