Your responsibilities
For NATEK Poland we are looking for Business Analyst who will be dedicated to a project in the financial/banking industry. You will be part of the international team, which is located in Wroclaw, Poland (included Oracle developers, business analysts, scrum masters, QA experts).
The team has been raised 1 year ago and they over-took this project from external vendor.
The system is collecting data from transactions portfolios and transform them on AWS and private cloud.

Key responsibilities
• Working closely with Functional/IT BAs, stakeholders in Treasury IT department
• Knowing business analyst function including writing/reviewing Business Requirements Documentation, reviewing Functional Specifications, writing UAT plans, performing and/or coordinating with end users the User Acceptance Testing
• Knowing analytical tools and project execution skills (definition Business Requirements and documenting them, including for data sourcing and reporting and producing functional specifications accordingly for use by technical team)
• Supporting test execution and working with development team for resolution of technical issues identified during test phases prior to deployment of newly developed technical specifications
• Communication effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Superb English skills (both verbal and written)
Our requirements
- 3-5 years of working as BA
- Experience in data sourcing&mining solutions, banking industry, banking system solutions
- Basic tools about business analysis (knowledge about architecture level, making documentation)
Optional
- SQL queries for performing functional checkouts of changes implemented by development team
- Agile methodology and full SDLC
