    Management & Business Information Solutions is looking for Business Analyst. You will take part in Master Data Management, Reporting and Management Information projects related to the Data Warehouse systems for Swiss Universal Banking (SUB) division. The main responsibility will be the role of business analyst and data domain owner in a project for delivering a unified Master Data management (MDM) application for SUB Data Warehouse systems.

    Main tasks:

    • Gathering and analyzing business needs as basis for implementation projects.
    • Creating and delivering business concepts and requirement specifications for Master Data Management and reporting solutions.
    • Working with requirements engineers and developers on implementation of the concepts.
    • Ensuring on-time implementation and running business acceptance tests for delivered solutions.
    • Collaboration with teams in Poland and Switzerland.
    • Producing high quality documentation related to solution design, operations, governance and end-users.
    • Stakeholder and change management.

    • You have master or equivalent degree in banking, finance or IT preferred.
    • You possess preferably 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements definition for Software projects.
    • You are very good in written and spoken English.
    • You have good interpersonal skills and effective management of different cultures.
    • You possess analytic thinking and attention to details.
    • You are result oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.
    • You have knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL) query language and UML Modeling is an asset.
    • You previous experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Sparx Enterprise Architect would be a plus.
    • Your prior experience with Orchestra Networks EBX or other MDM tool would be nice to have.
