    Description:

    This is a Business Analyst role to work within the Finance Change (FC) group with a focus projects that support the Product Control (PC) function. The principal focus of the team is to drive the Product Control Process Maintain the Bank program, 'addressing Audit, Regulatory and Mandatory deliverables across both Core and Legacy PC applications.

    Where FC are not working on audit, regulatory or mandatory items the focus is to prioritize Cost Reduction, Innovation, and Strategy & Analysis initiatives, to reduce cost and leverage innovative technology in line with the overall PC Strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • You will write Business Requirements Document (BRD) for all releases by working closely with Product Controllers to understand and document their requirements
    • You consider alternative options or solutions to meet the business requirements
    • You will partner with IT to complete the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), including issue resolution
    • You will raise issues or risks in a timely manner and track internal and external dependencies while raising items at risk when necessary
    • You will complete and deliver monthly updates to Senior Management on the progress of current projects
    • You will assist in putting together presentation decks for Operating and Steering Committee Meetings
    • You will collaborate with IT teams to interpret business and functional requirements
    • You will facilitate user engagement through training, info sessions, and one on one’s with users
    • You will develop/review test cases/scripts with Test Manager
    • You will review testing materials (test plan, test strategy and test scripts)
    • You will ensure Functional Testing

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • You have 2+ years of experience in either or a combination of the following: Consulting Services industry, Audit & Advisory services industry or Financial Services industry
    • You present strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution
    • You demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels and you are a proficient English user able to communicate with different stakeholders and partners
    • You are familiar with BI concepts and tools
    • You are a proficient MS Excel user
    • You are a committed team member who loves sharing knowledge with others
